1. What are your hours of operation? [Top]

We are available Weekdays from 8am to 5pm (MST). Our seasonal Saturday hours are 10am to 2pm (Labor Day – Christmas).


 2. What is the difference between Chenille and Chainstitch embroidery? [Top]

Chenille embroidery is made with a wool/acrylic blend thread; each stitch is a loop. This method is used to fill in large areas. (Patches made with Chenille embroidery look similar to fuzzy carpet). Chainstitch embroidery is made with a thinner thread. This embroidery technique allows you to create outlines for shapes and motifs with a stitch that resembles the shape of a knit stitch.


3. How do I select the correct Jacket or Sweater size? [Top] 

The most important factor in determining the size of your jacket is personal taste. What kind of fashion statement do you want to make? All of our jackets are sized for a moderate fit, so if you want a tighter or looser fitting jacket, you’ll need to adjust accordingly. 

Also, take into account whether or not you are done growing when you select a size. If you expect to grow more before graduating high school, you’ll want to get a larger size than you currently are.

 4. I have a Varsity Letter from my school can I send it to you to be sewn on? [Top]  

Yes, when ordering an All-Star Package sew-on of one varisty letter is included in the package. Any additional patches or letters you would like sewn-on are subject to a fee of $5.00 per patch. You will need to mail us the patch/patches with your name and phone number included.

5. How long does it take to complete the Letterman Jacket or Sweater order? [Top]

Seasonal Busy Time (Oct - Jan) – Due to the high volume of sales during the winter months, Letterman Jacket & Sweater completion time is approximately 8-10 weeks. Jacket or Sweater orders placed other times of the year typically take 5-7 weeks to complete.


6. How long does it take to complete a Patch order? [Top]

Seasonal Busy Time (Oct - Jan) – Due to the high volume of sales during the winter months, Patch completion time is approximately 4-6 weeks. Patch orders placed other times of the year typically take 2-3 weeks to complete.


7. How will my order be delivered? [Top]  

We use UPS or USPS transportation for our products. In the order process you can choose the shipping method you prefer. All shipments are sent from Phoenix Arizona. Please Note, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you are in the state of Arizona you may opt to pick up your order in store.


8. Can I ship to an address other than my own? [Top]  

Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. When you enter your order, you will be asked for a “Ship To” address. This is the address where you order will ship to. This address does not have to be your own.


9. How should I care for my Jacket or Sweater? [Top]  

Dry clean only. Do not machine wash your jacket.  All of our jackets come with a tag sewn on to the inside seam of the jacket with the dry cleaning instructions listed.


10. Can I order a custom patch? [Top]  

To order a custom patch, please call (602) 246-4003 for more details.


11. What if I change my mind and want to make changes to, or cancel my order after I’ve approved the order? [Top]  

Once you’ve approved your order, you cannot change or cancel your order. 


12. What is your return policy? [Top]  

As all of our products are custom made, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If we made a mistake on your order, please call or email us immediately and we will be happy to fix your order. 


13. Can I order if I live outside of the United States? [Top]  

 Yes, we sell and ship our orders all over the world. 


14. What payment methods can I use? [Top]

15. Will my order be taxed? [Top]  

We collect sales tax on all orders that are received in Arizona. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.
