TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Order Completion Times:

Jackets & Sweaters:
Seasonal Busy Time (October - January) – Due to the high volume of sales during the winter months, jacket or sweater orders take approximately 8-10 weeks for completion.

Jacket or sweater orders placed during our off season typically take 5-7 weeks for completion.

 

Patches:
Seasonal Busy Time (October - January) – Due to the high volume of sales during the winter months, patch orders take approximately 4-6 weeks.

Patch orders placed during our off season typically take 2-3 weeks for completion.

 


Effective Dates:

Prices are effective August 1, 2013. Prices are subject to change without notice.


Custom Property:

Customer supplied emblems, chenille, tackle twill and letters are accepted and can be sewn on by Phoenix Lettering for a minimal charge of $5.00 per item. The following information must be included with the customer property - order number, customer contact information and placement sketch or diagram. All customer property must be enclosed in a secure envelope and mailed to Phoenix Lettering at 4438 N. 35th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85017


Color:

Every effort is made to keep colors as close to Phoenix Lettering’s standards as possible. Unfortunately, no known dyeing process can assure perfect color match from one dye to the next. Phoenix Lettering can guarantee only that the jacket colors will match within commercially accepted standards of variation.



Cancellations & Order Changes:

Most orders are moved to production very rapidly to ensure prompt delivery dates. Once orders are put into production no cancellations or changes are permitted. Changes or cancellations made prior to production are at no charge to the customer. Occasionally changes may be made to the order once in production for a nominal fee with Phoenix Lettering’s approval. To inquire about making a change or to cancel an order please contact us at 602-246-4003 for assistance.


Custom Work:

Custom patches are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Name and graduation patches are considered custom.


Returns:

All Phoenix Lettering apparel and items are made per order. Incorrect ordering of size, options, colors, quantity, wording, placement, etc. made by the buyer are not the responsibility of Phoenix Lettering. Unless Phoenix Lettering makes an error, the order cannot be returned. Shipping, delivery or quality claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. No merchandise may be returned without a valid Return Authorization Number. In order to obtain an authorization for return, please submit request via email to admin@phoenixlettering.com. Any merchandise received without a valid Return Authorization Number will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense. Worn and/or soiled merchandise will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.


Warranty:

Phoenix Lettering products are guaranteed against defective workmanship or materials. Phoenix Lettering reserves the right to examine merchandise to determine if the garment is in fact defective due to workmanship or materials.
